I’m here to help you with quite literally anything & everything you need as you navigate the planning process. I will help you find the perfect location, build your timeline, find vendors (hair & makeup, dessert, private chef, AirBnBs, outfits, gear, etc.), and help you brainstorm all the ways to make your elopement perfect!

I am more than happy to answer questions and help you with anything you need via text. You’ll always have access to my personal number throughout this process – send me pictures of the ring boxes you’re deciding between or the “Just Eloped” sign you’re thinking of getting on Etsy. I limit the number of elopements I book per year to give you all the time and attention you deserve. I also keep the days before and after your booked date open! This ensures you have built-in reschedule days and back-up plans. So if anything comes up and we need to pivot, I got you.

Colorado Elopement + Intimate Wedding Packages

With every elopement & Wedding package, you’ll get:

My packages start at 4 hours and go-up all the way up to multi-day experiences!

Depending on what package you select, Colorado travel fees are already included in the total cost! These are all listed out on my full pricing guide, so you’ll never be surprised with any extra fees.

Colorado is my home, and I know plenty of incredible spots! Whatever it is you’re dreaming up, I will find the perfect locations to fit your vision.

I handle all the planning and logistics so you can just watch and enjoy as your elopement dream day comes to life. I’ll guide you towards what permits you need, help you find other reputable vendors, plan out your activities and timelines, and connect you with AirBnBs, food recs, and anything else you might need during your stay.

Once we figure out what your dream day includes, I’ll create a custom timeline to make sure we’re at the right places at the right times for every moment of your elopement. Every location has different “prime times” for lighting, getting away from other people, and weather – With my expertise, you can have a relaxed day with plenty of time for every location and activity you’re dreaming of!

You get access to all my adventure gear including: Lanterns, hand warmers, clear umbrellas, portable speaker, blankets, YakTraks, trekking poles, LMNT electrolyte mixes & trail snacks, and more!

As we plan your elopement, we’ll compile a list of all the extra gear you need for whatever you’re planning. On the day of, I’ll have all those items with me so you can just focus on enjoying your day.

As soon as you book, you’ll gain immediate access to my exclusive Elopement Planning Guide with tons of information for every step of the planning process: attire, locations, picking a season/date, deciding on a guest list, activity ideas to make your elopement special, and so much more.

From the time you book up until your big day, you’ll always be able to schedule a call with me to discuss any details or questions you have. For anything that doesn’t require a phone call or Zoom/Facetime, you’ll always be able to email and text me as well! With me, you’ll never be left hanging or feeling like you have to figure things out by yourself.

Your photos will be delivered to you in a beautiful online gallery with all the full-sized, high-resolution images. Directly from your gallery, you’ll be able to download your photos & order small and large-sized prints to display in your home.

Within 48 hours of your big day, you’ll receive an online gallery link with sneak peeks of all the highlights of your elopement! Your sneak peek gallery will tell the story of your day with all the key moments included, so you can immediately share the joy with your friends and family.

After your elopement, I’ll create a personalized wedding album design for you! Every page will be carefully created to tell your story elegantly and aesthetically. If you choose to purchase an album, we’ll fine-tune the layout, then you’ll find a stunning handcrafted album on your doorstep just a few days later!

Once you have your sneak peeks and full gallery, you’ll always have the rights to have your photos printed wherever you’d like. You’ll have access to the high-resolution images so you can have your photos printed in large-format. And if you happen to use a printer that requires a Personal Print Release, it’s included right in your contract!

Life moves so  fast, and I’m a firm believer that you don’t need a special occasion to have your photos taken. (My partner and I get our photos done every year for our anniversary!!) Years down the line, these photos will bring back all the precious memories of what your life was like right here and right now.

This session can be anything you want. Maybe you want to adventure into the mountains or hike to an alpine lake. Maybe you just want to chill at home and capture all the little details that make your day-to-day experience unique.

FAQ

YESS! I’m based in Denver, Colorado but I’m so down to meet you at your dream location.  

After you decide on a package, I’ll send you the contract and invoice. You’ll be able to make payments directly through the invoice. 

A signed contract and $1200 retainer is all that’s needed to officially book me! The remaining balance is due at least one month before your wedding. 

The exact number of photos depends on what package you choose and how many hours of coverage you need, but I generally give you a minimum of 50 photos per hour.

That being said, I’m here to tell your story fully and will never withhold any photos from you. I usually deliver more and will send you as many photos as I can!

Absolutely! Finding the perfect spot starts with me getting to know you. I’ll ask you questions to get a feel of what you’re looking for, then I’ll send you a list of potential locations that fit your dream.

​If your location requires a special use permit, I’ll send you all the info you need to apply for one! I do all the research so you won’t have to worry about it. Permits can be super confusing, but I’m here to help.

​During your free consultation, I’ll help you decide how many hours you need for what you’re planning. I recommend minimum 4 hours for elopements & at least 6-8 hours if you’re planning on multiple locations and/or activities. If you need to add more hours later on, that’s totally doable!

For an adventure (engagement, couples, portrait) session, you’ll get your photos back within 10 weeks. I’ll deliver your wedding or elopement photos within 12 weeks.
